Who is Louby?
I’m a Senior Instructional Designer / Learning Program partner who turns complex systems into learning people actually use. At Respawn Entertainment (EA), I design technical enablement for internal tools and live service workflows—building role-based onboarding, scalable learning paths, and performance support that improves adoption and reduces friction.
In a recent QA onboarding overhaul, I reduced time to independent contribution by approximately 60% and supported first-month testers executing roughly 3x more tests per day compared to prior cohorts. My work sits at the intersection of operations, instructional design, and change management, where clarity directly impacts performance.
I partner closely with Product, engineering-adjacent teams, and technical SMEs to translate system logic, workflows, and edge cases into clear, learner-centric experiences—delivered as SCORM-compliant eLearning, simulations, job aids, and live enablement sessions. I’ve supported teams across major titles including Apex Legends, Battlefield 6, and the Star Wars Jedi series.
I’m equally comfortable building polished eLearning in Articulate Storyline as I am facilitating remote and in-person sessions. I use feedback and performance signals to iterate quickly, automate where it makes sense, and design with one consistent goal in mind: make it usable, make it stick, and make it valuable.
