Who is Louby?
I’m an Instructional Designer II at Starlink (SpaceX 🚀) who turns complex systems into learning people actually use. I build scalable onboarding, training, and enablement for fast-moving, highly technical environments, where speed, accuracy, and clarity matter.
Before joining SpaceX, I led Learning & Development operations for Quality Verification at Respawn Entertainment (Electronic Arts), supporting global teams across Apex Legends, Battlefield 6, and the Star Wars Jedi series.
In a QA onboarding redesign, I reduced time to independence from 10 days to 4 days, a 60% improvement. First-month testers executed roughly 3x more tests per day compared to prior cohorts. I also reduced “Needs More Info” defect returns by 25%+ while increasing overall defect submissions by nearly 80%. My work sits at the intersection of operations, instructional design, and adoption, building systems that directly improve performance.
While at EA I directly onboarded 226+ testers, supported 1500+ additional learners, and built a 9+ person facilitator bench delivering curriculum across regions. I’ve also partnered with executive leadership on AI enablement, building a role-based AI Hub serving 5,000 to 6,000 users. I’m an expert in Articulate Storyline 360 and experienced in Cornerstone LMS, reporting automation, and content governance.
